Art Nouveau Style Shell 8" Plates (2)

A bit nouveau and perhaps Palm Beachy? No wonder, because I found them at an antique shop on Amelia Island, Florida. They were brand new, still wrapped up in tissue. Perhaps they were hand decoupaged? Appear to be glass plates. Originally purchased as a set of 6, I'm parting with 2.
